Returns

All orders are final upon confirmation of purchase. Confirmation of purchase, as with use of our website, implies acceptance of our Returns/Refunds and Exchanges Policy stated below. 
All products are thoroughly checked prior to despatch and packaged with care. However, if you receive incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange, credit note or refund which will be decided by us once we have received the product back and on a case by case basis.
We do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' or incorrect sizing. In this case we offer exchange or a credit note for the full amount if the product is returned within 7 days exactly as purchased, with original packaging and all labels still attached.  Return postage is paid for by the customer. We do not offer any exchange or refunds on sale items so please choose carefully as the sale is final.
